Introduction to State Machines
In this project we designed a simple state machine to display the last four digits of our phone numbers. The design has two inputs and seven outputs.
Conclusion:
1. If a designed required eight states it would require three state variables.
2. Sixteen states would require 4 variables. The relationship is 3.
# States <= 2^(# state variables)
